How did you discover the Montessori methodology?
For a long time, I was familiar with the fundamental principles of the Montessori methodology. When I learned that a training session was being organized, everything simply fell into place, and I naturally joined. It was a moment of inner readiness—I knew this was the right direction.
What was the most insightful, memorable, and valuable aspect of the “Self-Paced Certification Program: Montessori Preschool (3-6 years)” course for you?
The idea that truly stuck with me is that a teacher must approach each child—every single day—as new: capable of new things, curious, eager, and free. This completely changed how I view my daily work with children.
What do you want to achieve moving forward?
My personal motto and belief is: “Working with kids today can make a better future tomorrow.” I deeply believe that teachers are the awakeners of our time. When we do our work with faith in our mission and love for each child, we truly have the power to make the world a better place.
What support and assistance do you need as an active teacher?
Throughout my practice, I have worked with a wide variety of children—and that doesn’t intimidate me. But I need people with a similar perspective, with whom I can exchange experiences and advice. More than anything, sometimes it’s enough just to have someone listen. For example, when I want to share the joy of a child mastering a skill that was previously challenging for them.
